Terms of Service

Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for MadeByHarsh iOS Applications.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Mathur Harsh Ramnaresh ("Developer," "we," or "us") governing your download, access, and use of applications published under the MadeByHarsh studio brand (including Milestone, Catch, CodeDuel, and any future software releases) via Apple's App Store.

By downloading, installing, or using any MadeByHarsh application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA").

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

  • You may not distribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the software.
  • You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the binary.
  • All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Mathur Harsh Ramnaresh.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Certain applications offer optional in-app purchases or recurring subscriptions (e.g., Milestone Pro):

  • Apple Billing: All payments, renewals, and refunds are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. through StoreKit. Your payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is cancelled in your Apple ID Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time via iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.

4. Privacy & Data Ownership

Information handling, storage, permissions, purchases and any sharing vary by application. Review the relevant app-specific privacy policy linked from our Website and Studio Privacy notice for details. That notice separately describes website visits and support communications; an app storing content on-device does not mean that website visits or support emails are processed only on your device.

Milestone's current core features store mission and task information locally and do not upload that database to a developer-operated server. Milestone does not provide app-managed iCloud synchronization. Device backups depend on your settings and backup service; recovery is not guaranteed. See the Milestone Privacy Policy for details about purchases, sharing, backups and deletion.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, with all faults and without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the software.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer resides, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
