App-specific privacy policies

Each app has its own privacy policy describing its features, storage, permissions, purchases and any information sharing. Please use the relevant app policy rather than assuming all apps handle information identically. This notice covers madebyharsh.com and information you send directly to the studio.

1. Who operates this website

MadeByHarsh is operated by Mathur Harsh Ramnaresh (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We use this website to describe our software and provide privacy information and support contact details.

An app storing content on-device does not mean that visiting a website or sending a support email is also an on-device-only activity.

2. Website visits and third-party services

Loading this website sends requests to the services that host and deliver it. Those services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose errors.

The current website includes scripts loaded from Google Analytics. Requests to Google and any associated information processing are separate from the data stored locally by Milestone. Third-party scripts may process device or browser information and use cookies or similar technologies, depending on their configuration and your settings. For details, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your browser may offer controls for cookies, site data and third-party requests. Blocking them can affect website behavior.

3. Support and other correspondence

If you email us, we receive your email address and the message, attachments and other information you choose to include. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot issues and maintain relevant support records. Our email provider processes messages to deliver and store correspondence.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Hide private content in screenshots before sending them. We do not sell or rent support correspondence or use it for advertising.

4. App data, purchases and backups

Refer to each app's policy for how its data is stored and whether it uses online services or synchronization. Milestone's current core features store mission and task information locally and do not upload that database to a developer-operated server.

Apple processes App Store purchases and provides purchase information to apps and sales or financial reports to developers. We do not receive your Apple Account password or payment-card details through Milestone. Apple's handling is described in Apple's privacy policy.

Device backups and app-managed synchronization are different features. Backup availability and recovery depend on the app, your settings and the backup service. Deleting an app does not necessarily delete backups, shared copies, support emails or Apple's purchase records, and does not cancel subscriptions.

5. Retention and security

We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to handle requests, maintain relevant support records or meet applicable legal obligations. Hosting, email and third-party service providers may have their own retention practices. No storage or communication method is completely secure.

6. Your choices and privacy requests

You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you sent directly to us, subject to applicable law. We may need information to verify that a request concerns you. Information required to meet a legal obligation may be retained to the extent necessary.

We cannot remotely edit or recover a local app database that we do not receive. Manage app permissions, local content and backups using the relevant app, iOS or backup-service controls. Manage shared copies with their recipients. Third-party providers handle requests about information they control under their own policies.

7. Children and support requests

If you believe a child has sent personal information to the studio, contact us so we can review the request and delete that information as appropriate. App-specific privacy and permission details are provided in each app's policy.

8. External links and changes

Links to Apple, social profiles and other services lead to websites with their own privacy practices. We may revise this notice when website services or information-handling practices change. The current notice is published here with an updated date; additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
