How do I restore an in-app purchase or Pro subscription?
In apps that offer this control, open Settings or the paywall and tap Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase and check your internet connection. Eligible purchases can restore paid access; expired subscriptions do not become active again simply by restoring. This does not restore locally stored app content. See the app-specific guide for details.
How do I request a refund for an App Store purchase?
Apple manages all billing and transaction processing for iOS apps. Developers do not have access to Apple accounts to process refunds directly. You can request a refund directly from Apple by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com, signing in with your Apple ID, and selecting "Request a refund".
Are my apps backed up if I get a new iPhone?
Backup and recovery depend on the app, your backup settings and the backup service. iOS may include local app data in an iCloud or computer backup, but recovery is not guaranteed. Check that a suitable backup exists before deleting an app or changing devices. App-managed synchronization is separate from device backup; Milestone currently does not provide app-managed iCloud sync.
How do I report a crash or bug?
Please email harshappdevelopment@gmail.com with the app name and version, device model, iOS version and steps to reproduce the issue. Include screenshots or recordings only if you are comfortable sharing their contents. Your email is handled as described in our privacy notice.
